The Wymar window and door system S3000 comprises a range of high-tech 5-chamber, 70mm width window profiles with a comprehensive design that meets the strictest requirements applying to modern windows in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation.
Furthermore, the profiles in the S3000 range have been designed modularly so that they can be combined easily with those from the S2000 range, which guarantees a broad spectrum of application possibilities and models.
Wymar also provides a large number of accessories for finishing, such as jamb facings, window boards, lintels, rolling shutters, shutters, etc. In short, the possibilities for finishing your windows and doors are endless.
The Series 3000 window and door system has been designed so that we are able to offer a competitive price without surrendering anything in terms of quality. Furthermore, Wymar's fabricators are specialised companies who produce windows and doors quickly and efficiently. Finally, Wymar’s windows and doors are also extremely economical to use due to the lower maintenance costs.

A high-tech window system
|
-
The Wymar S3000 window and door profiles are made of high-quality CaZn-stabilised PVC compound.
-
Wymar S3000 windows and doors have galvanised steel reinforcements. That achieves an exceptional static stability. The uniformity of the reinforcement chambers makes the reinforcement usable in a variety of profiles. For doors, the corners are reinforced even more with weldable corner joints. In addition, the reinforcements limit the thermal expansion in sunlight or shrinkage in cases of extreme cold.
-
Profiles have 5 internal chambers with a profile width of 70 mm, which substantial increases the thermal and acoustic insulation. The Uf value of the frame/sash combination amounts to 1.3 W/m² K (as per EN ISO 10077-2). The PVC wall thickness have been optimised; i.e. class A profiles (nominally 3.0 mm) and class B profiles (nominally 2.7 mm), according to EN 12608, and can be combined easily into 1 system.
-
A maximum degree of water and wind-tightness is guaranteed because the frame and the sash overlap by 8 mm.
-
The profiles are equipped with integrated weldable bi-functional (both for glass and coating) gaskets that increase the thermal and acoustic insulation even more with closed chambers and multiple intermediate jambs. Because those gaskets can be welded, they also function well in the corners. Furthermore, that reduces the time needed to produce the windows, which is reflected in the low price. Due to their form, the gaskets are somewhat concealed and their colour matches the profile, which makes the windows more attractive.
-
There are glazing beads for different types of glazing (from 16 mm to 45 mm) in the Wymar range. Larger glazing widths (max. 45 mm) for improved acoustic and thermal insulation can be built-in quickly. You can also apply different types of safety glass. The glazing beads are equipped with a discreet coex in a colour that matches the profile.
-
The fittings groove (the place where the closing mechanism is located) has been made to accommodate all current fittings with Euronut. That makes it possible to use all possible ways of opening (pivoting, swinging tilt, bottom-hung casement…). It is possible to fit special anti-burglar mechanisms into it with attachments in the reinforcements.
-
Fixing anchors fit perfectly in the clip system, so the windows can be attached firmly into the wall. In addition, that clip system also makes it possible to install all kinds of auxilliary profiles quite easily, face panelling, lintels, …
Special 70 mm extension profiles make it possible to use dry connections without using silicon gaskets.
-
Hidden drainage grooves ensure maximum shock resistance. It is simply not possible for water to seep in. Decompression grooves have also been placed to keep the interior pressure equal to the atmospheric pressure. That ensures rapid drainage and avoids the whistling of the wind.
-
The well thought-out design, a large water holder of 292 mm 2 that run inwards, means that water will no longer remain in the groove. That increases the drainage capacity significantly.
-
Thanks to their slimness and roundness, the Wymar S3000 profiles are more aesthetic and allow maximum light.
